FAQ
When is the best time for a maternity shoot?
Usually between 28–34 weeks is the perfect time for your maternity session. Your bump is beautifully visible and rounded, while you’re hopefully still feeling comfortable enough to enjoy the experience. Every pregnancy is different though, so we can always plan your session around what feels best for you. But there's no wrong time, if you feel amazing at 38 weeks and really wanna do it! I'm here to guide you.
I don’t know how to pose. Is that okay?
Absolutely. You don’t need any experience in front of the camera or worry about knowing how to pose. I’ll guide you throughout the whole session — from where to stand and what to do with your hands, to small movements that help you look and feel your best. The aim is to keep everything relaxed and natural, so you can simply enjoy the experience.
Do I need to bring an outfit?
Not necessarily. You’ll have access to my maternity wardrobe, with gowns, fabrics and pieces to choose from. You’re also welcome to bring something of your own or something special to you.
How does a maternity & newborn bundle work?
When you book a maternity and newborn bundle, both sessions are secured together. We’ll plan your maternity session for the best stage of your pregnancy, while your newborn session is booked around your due date. Once your little one arrives, we’ll confirm the newborn session date based on baby’s arrival and how you’re both doing.
