When should I book my newborn session?
It’s best to book while you’re still pregnant so I can reserve space around your due date. Once baby arrives, we’ll confirm the exact session date. I also welcome last-minute bookings when availability allows, so if your baby is already here, get in touch and I’ll check what I have available.

How old should my baby be for newborn photos?
Newborn sessions are usually best within the first few weeks, when babies are still tiny and sleepy. If your baby is a little older, don’t worry — we can simply adapt the session to suit them.

What if my baby doesn’t sleep or needs feeding?
That’s completely normal. Newborn sessions are baby-led and never rushed, with plenty of time for feeding, changing, cuddles and settling whenever your little one needs it.

Do I need to bring anything for my baby?
I provide wraps, outfits, props and everything needed for your newborn session in my Cavan studio. Before your session, I’ll also send you simple preparation advice so you know exactly what to bring and what to expect.
